About Me

My story started in a bookshop in Russia, on a school holiday, visiting my grandparents. I had moved to England at thirteen and at fifteen, some books on spirituality and alternative therapies fell onto my lap. This was the turning point. I couldn’t stop reading and devoured every book on mysticism, psychology, philosophy and esoteric spirituality that I could find. Every time I would go back to Russia, I would fill the suitcase with books for me to carefully study in England. After the collapse of communism, the boom of literature of this kind satiated public demand, born out of political repression.

My journey started with theory but my interest had a purpose. I wanted to learn, so that I could start making a difference. I knew from a very young age, that I wanted to devote my life to helping people. The child-like faith that miracles are possible stayed with me all through my life and now, I know for sure that we can make this world a better place by touching a heart at a time.

As an ambitious young lady,  striving for the highest standards, I was searching for the best way I could improve people’s lives. I studied Psychology at an undergraduate and post-graduate levels and worked in clinical settings, practicing what I had learned but it wasn’t enough. Just speaking to people, I would hit a brick wall. It was frustrating. I wanted to go deeper. I needed to relieve pain and suffering and I knew that it wasn’t just “in their mind”. We are such complex, multifaceted, magnificent beings and I could feel it. I didn’t want to specialise in  one small aspect of who we are. We are more than our thoughts. We are spiritual beings and to help, the way I wanted to help, I had to think big.

After working in psychotherapeutic settings, I embarked on my journey to India, Nepal and Thailand, where I studied mysticism, yoga and Asian philosophies. I learned from spiritual masters, trying out everything that I could find. Silent meditation retreats of up to 30 days long, yoga training, courses on ancient and modern spirituality in ashrams, monasteries and retreat centers.  I learned and practiced and traveled but mostly, I went within. I looked and studied that which was inside me and realised that I needed to go home, back to England.

I realised that there was nothing special about India, Nepal and Thailand. I realised that sacred special spark will travel with me wherever I go, so I stopped looking. I went back home and started training in various alternative therapies. I started off with EFT, NLP and Hypnotherapy, nutritional therapy and finally discovered Health Kinesiology™,  which fitted like a glove. It was perfect.

Kinesiology has enabled me to utilise all my skills in one session. Focusing on just the human mind wasn’t enough. Looking at my clients medical history and changing their diet wasn’t enough. Even working on the deep and profound spiritual level as an intuitive healer wasn’t enough. The body, the spirit, and the mind, had to be looked at all at once, in the same session, as one big beautiful package, where all pieces fit together.

In my private practice in Manchester, I have now worked successfully with hundreds of clients for well over a decade. I incorporate various healing modalities to take my clients on a journey, which I endeavour to keep as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Seeing how well they respond to the work we do together reminds me every day that this is my life-long calling.

Throughout the sessions I tap into the wisdom that is already inherently within you. Seeing through the wall of separation, we work together, to meet those healing needs that are of the utmost importance to you. Some people just want to get tested for food sensitivities and fix their nagging aches and pains, that they have not been able to resolve for years. Others come to me to expand their horizon, jump through the rabbit hole of the unknown and find inner peace through transcending duality. Through deep spiritual work on the soul level, we let go of everything that is holding us back. You can take one step or keep going and complete the full journey until you reach the destination. A gentle unraveling, until you know that you are done.

Have a look at what my clients say about the sessions in their testimonials.
