Supper quick and yummy recipe for those who want to try something healthy and full of raw enzymes, vitamins and minerals!
a handful of green olives
one broccoli head chopped into small florets
one cup soaked sun dried tomatoes chopped
2 tomatoes diced
1 table spoon balsamic vinegar
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 cup soaked and chopped oyster mushrooms
some sea salt, pepper and any herb you fancy
Peel the courgette with a wide blade veggie peeler
add all the other ingredient
