2 Table spoons of organic olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tea spoon of cayenne pepper
S mall chunk of ginger grated – you can add it to the mixture through a sieve so that you keep the juice and discard the stringy bits or just add it all in.
Mix and drink at once
Best to have in the evening, though can have first thing in the morning as well.
